Damage to a fixed ladder can be varied, defective rungs that are covered by a layer of paint, loose or incorrect wall anchors, defective wall connections and much more.

Almost every company has its own representative for portable ladders and steps who are regularly checked. What about the tightly screwed high ladders, the so-called fixed fixed ladders, known as emergency ladders or escape ladders or as access to machines and high systems? Most of these are unchecked!
